9. Southern California Pomeranian Rescue
Southern California Pomeranian Rescue. We are a 501 c 3, public benefit company, specializing in the placement of pomeranian rescue dogs in Southern California.
Southern California Pomeranian Rescue is an all volunteer group. We do not have a shelter. Our dogs are in private foster homes in the Southern California area. Our animals come to us primarily from local shelters, but also from owners or breeders who can no longer care for them.
Mission Statement: Every day there are thousands of dogs put to sleep in local shelters and abandoned on the streets. Our mission is to help as many of them as we can. Working with the City of Angels Pomeranian Club, we are hoping to save as many Pomeranian's from euthanasia and abandonment as we can. These dogs are such sweet creatures and so dependent on people that left to their own they could starve and die.
